For CHOW #196 - The Wizard of Oz

I won the Robin Hood round (woot!) so I got to host round #196 (I got to pick the topic). A re-imagining of any of the Wizard of Oz's four main characters. I went for all of them, this is Dorothy Gale.

Edit, 02.04.2011 - did a bit more work on her this January before I submitted this for Spectrum judging. I like her MUCH better now. :)
